1998
GE Capital International Services (GECIS) – Senior Training Officer & Training Lead.
Bikram started his career with GECIS in customer service operations for their ‘first non-GE’ client, Hanover Direct Inc. (HDI). Within six months, he was selected as the process trainer and promoted to Senior Training Officer. He traveled to Hanover, PA, to get further certified in Sales and Customer Service Training. He subsequently trained over 300 agents for HDI at GECIS, Gurgaon (India). In 2000, he was selected to head training for GE Commercial Direct and led a pilot team of exceptional agents for on-the-job training at the GE CDI headquarters in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure at GE, Dr. Singh received numerous laurels. GE sparked his passion for training, development, and performance improvement.
